Your Role

Located in the Adelaide Metro area, you will deliver exceptional gardening services tailored to the needs of our clients, whether they reside in their homes or within our retirement communities.

In this role, you will:

  • Offer a variety of gardening services that cater to individual client requirements.
  • Engage with clients to ensure outstanding customer service.
  • Perform comprehensive lawn and garden upkeep, including mowing, hedging, pruning, planting, mulching, pest control, fertilizing, and small-scale garden design.
  • Provide services that are thoughtful, personalized, and compassionate.
  • Share your expertise and knowledge to foster learning among peers.

What We Seek

We are looking for a meticulous and dedicated individual who strives for excellence in their work. Your background in gardening, maintenance, landscaping, and safe equipment operation will be highly valued. Physical capability to meet the demands of the role, including safe lifting and equipment maintenance, is essential.

To thrive in this position, you should possess:

  • A minimum of one year of experience in gardening or a relevant qualification in Parks and Gardens or Horticulture.
  • Proficiency in using gardening tools and equipment.
  • The ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • A current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain one).
  • A valid Australian driver’s license.
  • NDIS Worker Screening clearance or willingness to obtain.
  • A reliable, well-maintained vehicle with insurance.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with email and word processing software.
  • Ability to use smartphones and applications effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

Understanding of aged care principles will be an advantage.
