About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Trainee Sales Consultant. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate with customers
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly, with a strong desire to succeed in a sales role
  • Availability to work a 5-day week, including Saturdays, with the ability to rotate weekly RDOs
