We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Spendless Shoes.
About the Role:
Your primary responsibility will be to create a warm and welcoming environment for our customers, ensuring an exceptional shopping experience. You will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing legendary customer service and exceeding their expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Live Each Day the Spendless Way by embodying our values and delivering outstanding customer care.
- Maximise sales opportunities through effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Maintain exceptional store presentation, ensuring a clean and well-organised shopping environment.
- Sell Value Add Products (VAPs) and accessories, driving additional revenue growth.
Requirements:
- Strong customer service skills, with a passion for fashion footwear.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, meeting sales targets and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- A minimum of 12 months' experience in a retail or hospitality environment is preferred.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
