Elka Collective is a Melbourne-born brand that curates a wardrobe of interchangeable, complementary, and timeless styles. Our focus is on creating beautiful garments with classic tailoring meets an easy-to-wear sensibility.

We are seeking an exceptional store manager to lead our concession store in David Jones, Doncaster. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in concession or store management, deliver excellent service standards, and drive KPIs.

The successful candidate will be skilled in training, coaching, and mentoring team members. They will also manage stock control and visual merchandising effectively, communicate confidently with stakeholders at all levels, and demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement and learning.
