About the Role

At GFG Alliance, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to lead our operations and work closely with our Area Manager and wider NSW team. This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your leadership skills and drive sales performance, safety, and operational efficiencies across our established and diverse customer base.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in driving a high-performance sales and safety culture within the manufacturing industry. They will be responsible for overseeing and delivering on the logistics, operations, administration, and customer service targets of the site, while satisfying customer demands.

The key priorities of the role will include:

  • Delivering on branch and individual customer growth targets
  • Driving revenue growth by providing high levels of external and internal customer service
  • Analyzing performance and promoting continuous improvement opportunities
  • Ensuring safety compliance and policies are followed on-site and driving a proactive safety culture through the operational team
  • Monitoring and reporting on DIFOT results and any significant issues on achieving results
  • Implementing and embedding strong process and communication standards for the planning, sales, and operations team
