Position Overview

As a Store Manager, you will lead a dedicated team and envision a long-term career in the optical sector. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing daily store operations and ensuring alignment with company values while providing support to Retail Partners
  • Adjusting staff schedules and driving sales performance through key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Mentoring and guiding the retail team to deliver outstanding customer experiences
  • Assisting the retail team with customer interactions, pre-testing, and dispensing tasks
  • Aiding the Retail Director in resolving customer complaints
  • Upholding store presentation standards and managing inventory effectively

Qualifications and Skills

As a Store Manager, your positive attitude will inspire your team. You should possess:

  • Leadership Experience: Proven track record as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager, adept at balancing operational duties while nurturing team development
  • Practical Skills: Ability to assess and implement strategies to enhance store performance. While optical experience is preferred, comprehensive training will be provided
  • Team Collaboration: Foster a motivating environment for team growth
  • Initiative: Quick adaptation to changing situations and effective task delegation
