About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our dynamic team at Goodstart Mona Vale in Sydney. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality educational programs that promote the learning and development of young children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement engaging and challenging educational programs that meet the needs of individual children
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of the service through participation in quality improvement activities and professional development

Requirements:

  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current NSW Working with Children Check
