Liverpool Area In-Home Care Support Specialist

Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a reliable and dedicated individual to provide in-home care, support, and community access to clients in the Liverpool area.

This role requires experience working with challenging behaviors and complex mental health conditions/PTSD. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be able to work independently.

  • Assist clients with daily activities
  • Facilitate social interactions and community engagement
  • Support clients with domestic tasks
  • Provide personal care services
  • Cook meals for clients

The successful applicant will have:

  • Experience working with individuals with challenging behaviors/complex mental health needs
  • A valid Australian Driver's License and reliable vehicle
  • A current NDIS Worker Screening Card or willingness to obtain
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification
  • A Certificate III in Individual Support (desired but not essential)
  • The ability to provide two current/recent professional references
