Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies that align with our brand direction and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising Manager to design and execute in-store displays that maximize sales opportunities and enhance the customer shopping experience.
  • Maintain store fixtures and equipment to ensure a safe and visually appealing environment.
  • Work closely with the sales team to set up promotional collateral and maintain a high level of visual merchandising standards throughout the store.
  • Identify opportunities to further enhance our visual impact and contribute to the development of new visual merchandising initiatives.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment by working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve our goals.

Requirements

  • Relevant qualifications in Visual Merchandising or a related field.
  • Strong creative skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify commercial opportunities.
  • Experience working in a similar role, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
