Job Title: Enterprise Portfolio Office Lead

We're seeking an experienced Portfolio Leadership Specialist to join our team in this key leadership role. As the successful candidate, you'll be responsible for defining, implementing, and maintaining the Delivery Framework to support projects and portfolios in achieving their goals.

This role offers a salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.

About the Role

The Enterprise Portfolio Office Lead will report directly to the Director of COO Strategy and Planning. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Fostering Collaboration: Working closely with colleagues across Enterprise Delivery, Finance, Risk, and Office of the Super Trustee / Office of Responsible Entity to ensure the Delivery Framework supports the execution of the Business Plan and policies.
  • PMO Tooling Management: Managing PMO tooling that supports efficient and effective capture of data, minimizing operational cost, and prioritizing efficiency in achieving reporting and governance outcomes.
  • Training and Coaching: Providing training and coaching to project delivery community on project standards, tools, and methodologies.
  • Knowledge Management: Driving standard knowledge management practices to ensure frameworks are understood and adherence to framework standards can be efficiently evidenced.

As a highly skilled professional, you'll have experience in Enterprise PMO supporting changes across complex business and technology programs. You'll possess strong interpersonal skills and effective stakeholder management with proven ability to influence stakeholders.
