Customer Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Manager to join our team at Symbio Holdings Limited. This role is responsible for the end-to-end management of customer provisioning and delivery orders, ensuring seamless communication with customers and internal teams.
Responsibilities:- Manage the fulfillment of customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and issues.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Monitor and report on customer satisfaction metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
- A bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field.
