About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Control Room Operator to provide exceptional customer service and emergency response to one of our Local Council clients.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Assess and respond to situations of risk or hazard.
  2. Access control and monitoring of CCTV and Alarm systems.
  3. Incident report writing and data logs.
  4. Site safety and monitoring.
  5. Providing consistent high-quality customer service.
  6. Control access to security-sensitive areas.
  7. Interact with various stakeholders, including client representatives, building and facilities management, contractors, emergency services, employees, and the general public.
  8. Monitor access control, alarm control, and CCTV to detect any security breaches or incidents.
  9. Risk identification, incident response, and issue resolution.

Pay and Roster

We offer a competitive pay rate and a 2-week rotational roster, with varying shifts, including weekends and public holidays. Our rates include:

  • Standard rates from $27.88 per hour
  • Saturday rates from $41.82 per hour
  • Sunday rates from $55.78 per hour
  • Public holiday rates from $69.70 per hour

Requirements

  1. Current Security License
  2. Control Room License
  3. Current First Aid certificate
  4. Impeccable presentation
  5. Flexibility to work rotating rosters
  6. Willingness to work nights/weekends
