  • Providing coaching, mentoring, and support to nursing and care staff to enhance clinical knowledge, skills, and performance.">

  • Flexibility to work across multiple homes, adapting to different team dynamics and clinical needs.">
  • Registered Nurse (RN) with current AHPRA registration.">
  • Knowledge of relevant aged care regulations, standards, and guidelines.">
