Cleaner and Customer Service Specialist

As a proactive cleaner and customer service specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring our stores are clean, safe, and hygienic. This involves daily cleaning tasks using various equipment and products to scrub, mop, sweep, and clean all areas of the store.

Additionally, you will be responsible for collecting trolleys left in and around the store, including the car park, and returning them to the trolley bay ready for customers. You will also play a key role in minimising waste by maximising recyclable materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cleaning:
    • Using cleaning equipment and products to maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the store.
    • Completing daily cleaning tasks following a schedule to ensure optimal efficiency.
  • Trolley Collection:
    • Collecting trolleys from around the store and surrounding areas, including the car park, and returning them to the designated trolley bay.
  • Waste Management:
    • Ensuring waste is disposed of correctly and maximising recyclable materials to minimise waste.
