The Position
We are seeking an organized and experienced Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic sales team. In this critical role, you will serve as a liaison between the sales team and service department, ensuring seamless communication and efficient administrative processes. Based in Forrestdale, this position provides an exciting opportunity to collaborate with both the Workshop and Sales Divisions within Hitachi, fostering professional growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Effectively maintain and update CE Sales Administration records.
  2. Contribute to the maintenance and update of the CRM Database.
  3. Collaborate with the workshop to establish a reliable delivery schedule and forecast.
  4. Process invoices, quotations, and tenders efficiently.
  5. Verify the accuracy of information with the sales manager before sharing it with the workshop.
  6. Supply customers with essential details regarding ConSite service agreements.
  7. Organize events, attend demonstrations, workshops, and sales meetings.
  8. Demonstrate adherence to strict safety protocols and exhibit a sense of urgency.
  9. Possess a valid driver's license.
  10. Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills, combined with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and database management.
  11. Exercise meticulous attention to detail; prior experience in construction or mining equipment sales is not mandatory, although it may be advantageous.
