Help our guests feel special, and we will do the same for you. As a Reservations Agent, you will play a vital role in ensuring strong conversion of reservation enquiries and maximum average room rate at all times.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Promptly respond to incoming reservations and record them accurately.
  2. Maintain strong communication with other resort departments.
  3. Promote up-selling of resort services and upgraded room categories.
  4. Assist fellow ambassadors where necessary.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience with reservations systems, Opera preferred.
  • A high level of attention to detail
  • Experience in a hotel environment is an advantage.
  • Flexibility to work a rotating roster including some evenings, weekends, public holidays and school holidays.
