Windscreen Fitting Trainee Opportunity

We have an exciting trainee position available in our windscreen fitting team, where you can develop new skills and progress your career.

This is a full-time traineeship with opportunities for advancement and growth.

  • About the Role:
    • Work Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, in a supportive learning environment.
    • Cultivate your mechanical aptitude and passion for automobiles.
  • Your Benefits:
    • Specialised tools and uniforms provided for windscreen fitting.
    • Overtime pay when applicable.
    • A fully stocked company vehicle and fuel card upon reaching Qualified Fitter level.
    • Cert III qualification at no cost upon completion of the traineeship.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Reliability and consistent attendance.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Mechanical aptitude and passion for automobiles.
  • Strong learning attitude and eagerness to develop new skills.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly.
  • Basic power tool knowledge and comfort using power tools.
  • Positive mindset and good team player attitude.
  • Physical fitness and ability to perform physical tasks.
  • Australian Manual Driver Licence (required).
