Job DescriptionThe Administration Manager will be responsible for organizing and coordinating office administration and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and safety. Key responsibilities include developing intra-office communication protocols, streamlining administrative procedures, inventory control, data and reception staff supervision, and task delegation.
Key Responsibilities- Developing and implementing effective administrative systems and processes
- Providing efficient, accurate, and timely administrative services to the Clinical Director, Designated Breast Surgeon, and Operations Manager of BreastScreen
- Supervising and mentoring a team to achieve excellent outcomes
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Highly developed communication skills, both verbal and written
- Demonstrated high-level organisational and time management skills
- Multi-tasking capability
- Able to analyse problems and initiate solutions
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Demonstrated experience mentoring and leading a team
