We're seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Certification Analyst to join our team. This role requires the ability to analyze complex technical requirements, translate specifications into actionable steps, and work closely with our partners to certify our platform.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze technical specifications and translate them into test plans and scripts
- Design and execute thorough testing procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues
- Interface with internal and external stakeholders to gather information and provide updates
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Proven experience in certification testing, preferably in the payment industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Familiarity with Relational Databases and test tools such as UL Brand Test Tool (FIME)
- Azure DevOps, Confluence, Microsoft Office, and SharePoint collaboration experience
- Experience with EMV specifications and certifications
- Familiarity with encryption, cryptographic key management, and security standards
- Understanding of global payment market, APM, LPM
- Knowledge of payment transaction flows and network protocols (ISO 8583, NFC)
