Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Service Liaison to join our growing team in Normanton. As a key member of our administrative support team, you will play a vital role in ensuring a high level of support to our Customer Experience / Sales Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Initial Point of Contact
You will be the primary point of contact for a number of dedicated customer accounts, managing enquiries and providing timely solutions to meet customer needs.
Liaising with DepartmentsYou will work closely with other departments to ensure all updates or queries are reported and resolved efficiently.
Administrative SupportYou will coordinate and administer the central admin email account, manage machine breakdown support, and book appointments on relevant systems.
Customer Record ManagementYou will update customer records and deal with queries in relevant departments, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
Rapport BuildingYou will build strong relationships with your client base, ensuring customer needs are met and exceeded.
Requirements
- Administrative Experience
You will have previous experience in carrying out administrative tasks, with a strong focus on customer service.
Time Management and OrganizationYou will possess excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Customer Service SkillsYou will have exceptional customer service skills, with experience in call handling and conflict resolution.
Development OpportunitiesYou will be eager to expand and further your career goals, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
