Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Service Liaison to join our growing team in Normanton. As a key member of our administrative support team, you will play a vital role in ensuring a high level of support to our Customer Experience / Sales Team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Initial Point of Contact

You will be the primary point of contact for a number of dedicated customer accounts, managing enquiries and providing timely solutions to meet customer needs.

Liaising with Departments

You will work closely with other departments to ensure all updates or queries are reported and resolved efficiently.

Administrative Support

You will coordinate and administer the central admin email account, manage machine breakdown support, and book appointments on relevant systems.

Customer Record Management

You will update customer records and deal with queries in relevant departments, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.

Rapport Building

You will build strong relationships with your client base, ensuring customer needs are met and exceeded.

Requirements

  • Administrative Experience

You will have previous experience in carrying out administrative tasks, with a strong focus on customer service.

Time Management and Organization

You will possess excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Customer Service Skills

You will have exceptional customer service skills, with experience in call handling and conflict resolution.
