We're revolutionizing the way we get products to customers, and we need your help in our new Automated Distribution Centre (ADC). As a Forklift Driver Team Member, you'll be key in moving grocery products through our supply chain, providing seamless in-store experiences for our customers.

Our ADCs are designed to make your work easier and more comfortable. With less manual handling and more data to help you work smarter, you'll be able to focus on what matters most – making a difference in our communities.



Key Responsibilities


  • Operate a forklift to move material, supplies, and finished goods around the warehouse
  • Load and unload trucks
  • Move products from one area of the warehouse to another
  • Inspect the forklift for safety and perform routine maintenance checks
  • Assist with other tasks as assigned by the team leads
  • You'll be on your feet for long periods of time and may require some moderate to heavy lifting and reaching


About You and Your Skills


  • Hold an active Licence to Perform High Risk Work – Class LF Forklift Truck
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures, with a commitment to safety and quality standards
  • Possess a strong eye for detail and accuracy
  • You'll need to be comfortable working on your own and following set instructions
  • To be active – you'll be on your feet for long periods of time and may require some moderate to heavy lifting and reaching
