Executive Leader Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Executive Leader to shape business strategy, drive profitability and ensure excellence in a high-performing business unit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • P&L Accountability: Deliver sustainable profitability and growth with full financial responsibility.
  • Strategic Direction: Set the strategic direction for business development and delivery, ensuring alignment across all aspects.
  • Client Relationships: Strengthen client relationships to achieve retention, satisfaction and market expansion.
  • New Opportunities: Identify and capitalize on new opportunities in the SAP S/4HANA ecosystem.
  • Talent Development: Lead and develop a high-performing team, ensuring succession and future capability.
  • Operational Efficiency: Drive continuous improvement, operational efficiency and customer excellence.
  • Representation: Represent the business unit at executive level, contributing to broader organizational goals.

About You:

  • Extensive experience (5+ years) in executive or senior leadership roles within SAP or enterprise technology.
  • A proven record of leading profitable business units and managing P&L performance.
  • Strategic acumen, with the ability to balance vision with disciplined execution.
  • Strong networks and credibility in the SAP S/4HANA landscape.
  • Exceptional leadership capability — able to inspire, coach and retain top talent.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills at executive and board level.
