Data Analyst and Machine Learning Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist to join our team at Recruitment Hive. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving data-driven decision-making and contributing to the success of our clients.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in data science, including production-level model development and deployment. You will be responsible for constructing and maintaining efficient data architecture while applying advanced analytics techniques to support data-driven decision-making.
You will collaborate across disciplines such as data science, AI, and machine learning to develop risk models, text analytics, and other tailored solutions. Your skills in Python and/or R and experience working with data transformation, machine learning libraries, and relevant tools will be invaluable in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex data models and pipelines using Python and/or R.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions.
- Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends and insights.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and concise reporting.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data science and machine learning.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data science, including production-level model development and deployment.
- Strong coding skills in Python and/or R and experience working with data transformation, machine learning libraries, and relevant tools.
- Experience building, maintaining, and evaluating production pipelines and live data models.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver statistical analyses, machine learning models, and tailored analytical solutions.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working within an Agile environment.
