About the Role

As a senior security specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between IT and operational technology, fostering collaboration across departments to mitigate risks and ensure business continuity.

  • Lead and uplift execution: Oversee the security analyst team and guide day-to-day operational priorities to maintain a secure and resilient environment.
  • Advance our maturity: Contribute to initiatives that enhance our posture against recognized frameworks, strengthening cyber risk management across both IT and OT.
About You

You're an experienced security professional with a strong track record of driving enterprise-wide initiatives, surging between strategic planning and tactical execution.

You bring:

  • Deep expertise across enterprise security, including risk identification, control design, and operational governance.
  • Credibility engaging senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams, with a practical, outcome-focused approach.
  • Familiarity with industry frameworks and operational environments; certifications like CISSP/CISM are highly regarded.
