Role Overview

The Maintenance Team Member - Wellness & Hygiene plays a crucial role in ensuring the optimal experience for our students by maintaining the cleanliness and aesthetic appearance of our assets. This includes daily and periodical public area cleaning, room cleaning for student exits, group, and short stays bookings, as well as participating in building open days and tours.

Key Responsibilities
  • Daily Cleaning: Maintain the cleanliness of public areas, including common rooms, lounges, theatre, outdoor terraces, gym, laundry, corridors, and stairwells.
  • Health and Safety: Be aware of health and safety obligations and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Weekly Room Cleaning: Clean and make beds for residents as required, ensuring their living space is comfortable and hygienic.

Compensation Package

The estimated salary for this role is $45,000-$55,000 per annum, depending on experience and location. Please note that this is an estimate and may vary based on individual circumstances.
