About the Role

This exciting opportunity is ideal for a highly skilled lawyer with 2-5 years of post-admission experience in construction matters, particularly in disputes. You will be working alongside esteemed partners on a broad range of matters, including:

  • Drafting tender and procurement documents with precision and attention to detail
  • Providing expert guidance on claims against various entities in the construction process
  • Assisting in efficient dispute resolution through negotiation and alternative methods
  • Drafting and negotiating construction contracts with commercial awareness and effectiveness

Your responsibilities will also include collaborating with building experts and developing strong analytical, negotiation, and drafting skills. If you have additional qualifications such as experience with defects disputes, familiarity with working with building experts, and strong time management skills, this role could be an excellent fit for you.
