Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Corporate Receptionist to join our team in Brighton. As the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees, you will provide exceptional customer service and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and greet visitors, ensuring they sign in and directing them to the appropriate person or area.
  • Manage incoming calls promptly and professionally, directing them to the appropriate department or taking messages as necessary.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room reservations with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, scanning, and organizing documents to maintain an efficient and tidy office environment.
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages, responding to or forwarding emails as necessary to maintain clear communication channels.
  • Monitor office supply levels and reorder supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.
  • Support management and other staff members with ad-hoc projects, including research, presentations, and event coordination.
  • Ensure the security of the office by following procedures and controlling access, handling sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
About the Role

This is a full-time position, offering a competitive hourly rate of £12-£15 per hour, depending on experience. You will have opportunities for professional development and advancement within our company.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Front Desk Administrative Assistant or similar role, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office software.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and willingness to take on new challenges.
