About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join our team at Findmea, a leading recruitment agency with a passion for delivering exceptional results.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in accounts receivable, with a focus on customer service, data entry, and debt collection.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process account applications and transactions in a timely and accurate manner
  • Respond to customer enquiries and resolve any issues promptly
  • Manage debt collection and maintain accurate records
  • Assist with accounts payable and other financial tasks as required
Requirements
  • Previous experience in accounts receivable, preferably in a similar role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure
