**Job Overview**

The primary role of this position is to provide targeted support and guidance to individuals aged 15-24, facilitating their transition into employment or education. Key responsibilities include conducting detailed assessments, setting realistic goals, stabilizing non-vocational issues, and providing ongoing mentorship.

**Key Responsibilities Include:**

  • Undertaking direct employer marketing efforts to secure job opportunities for participants.
  • Providing individualized support and facilitation of group-based job search sessions to promote further job placements.
  • Developing and implementing personalized plans to improve vocational skills and stabilize non-vocational issues.

**Requirements:**

  • Ability to work effectively with culturally diverse groups and stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of industry trends and labor market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Capacity to motivate and develop positive relationships with all stakeholders.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • Current drivers' license and Working with Children's Check.
  • Experience within youth or employment services or related industries.
  • Certificate IV in Employment Services or Career Development or Youth.
