Job Title: Financial Strategy Support Officer

Description:

This role offers a comprehensive range of executive administrative and support services to the Director Financial Strategy.

The successful candidate will coordinate various financial business activities for the Financial Strategy Branch, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and projects.

  • Provide high-level support to the Director and nominated staff, including diary management, drafting correspondence, and preparing reports.
  • Manage incoming enquiries and track correspondence through internal and corporate records management systems.
  • Coordinate the Financial Management Directorate's contribution to the year-end process and Annual Report.
  • Support the budgeting process by updating internal and external reporting systems and maintaining budget-related working papers.
  • Assist with the Branch's reporting requirements to internal and external stakeholders, undertaking research and analysis, coordinating information, and distributing reports.
  • Contribute to strategic business and operational plans, providing support in project development and implementation.
Requirements:
  • SAP experience is essential.
  • An Accounting degree or CPA qualification is required.

This is a fixed-term opportunity lasting 3 months. The role offers a flexible work arrangement, with an office located in Greenacre.

Remuneration will be provided at a rate of $60-$70 per hour plus superannuation.
