The Opportunity:

As an Expansion Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities across the ANZ region. Your primary mission will be to leverage your exceptional communication skills to engage with small to mid-size companies, conduct outbound activities, schedule demos, and close sales independently. You'll work closely with our Marketing team to develop targeted campaigns that drive expansion and enhance our market presence.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Conduct outbound activities to identify potential leads and qualify them for ShiftCare.Demo Booking: Schedule and coordinate product demonstrations with our Account Executive team.Campaign Collaboration: Work with the Marketing team to develop and execute outbound campaigns that drive expansion.Relationship Building: Establish and foster relationships with prospects, leveraging existing connections and building new ones.

Requirements:

We're looking for experienced professionals who can drive business growth and excel in a fast-paced environment. To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A proven track record in a similar sales or business development role.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales or expansion sales.
  • SaaS familiarity and prior experience in SaaS or B2B product-led companies.
  • Exceptional time management skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • A strong focus on achieving and exceeding goals.
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a supportive team environment.

Salary Range:$80,000 - $110,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
