Job Title: Production SupervisorAbout the Role:

The Production Supervisor plays a pivotal role in overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless performance, and aligning with strategic objectives across safety, production, financial management, and stakeholder engagement.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Leadership & Strategy:
    • Champion and embed Pentarch's mission, vision, values, and strategic priorities.
    • Develop performance objectives that align with regional operational plans.
    • Recommend initiatives to improve operations and meet strategic targets.
    • Foster strong internal and external relationships.
  • Operational & Financial Management:
    • Manage site operations within defined cost targets.
    • Maintain production efficiency, stock control, and quality standards.
    • Implement corrective actions for underperformance.
  • Customer & Supplier Engagement:
    • Oversee chip production, storage, and transport to meet customer needs.
    • Monitor the value chain for supplier capabilities and customer requirements.
    • Ensure Chain of Responsibility (COR) obligations are met.
  • Process & Compliance Oversight:
    • Coordinate daily activities for log receipt, processing, and storage.
    • Maintain equipment safety with Maintenance collaboration.
    • Manage inventory, quality checks, and participate in audits.
    • Closely monitor incident resolution and audit outcomes.
  • People Leadership & Culture:
    • Lead a culture of safety, performance, and accountability.
    • Manage recruitment, training, induction, and staff development.
    • Ensure compliance with industrial relations and safety legislation.
    • Promote a high-integrity work environment prioritizing safety.
