The Opportunity

This role requires someone with excellent time management and communication skills. You will enjoy driving a fully equipped work van supported by our experienced team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Operations Administration to schedule periodical cleaning tasks.
  • Liaise with clients for site access and ensure all requirements are met.
  • Periodical cleaning/machine operation: polivac, walk behind sweeper/scrubber, high pressure washing, carpet cleaning, strip & seals, Building Wash Downs.
  • Ensure ongoing maintenance and repair of all machinery as required.
  • Updating electronic planning and completion tickets.

  • Exceptional organisational skills.
  • Communication skills, both written & verbal, with the ability to interact with people in a professional manner. Listening skills are a must.
  • Proven history of excelling within a dynamic environment and the ability to work autonomously.
  • A proven eye for detail & accuracy.
  • Outcome focused and standards driven.
  • Experience in operating cleaning machinery.

Essential Requirements:

  • CAR LICENCE ESSENTIAL.
  • Ability to work Flexible Hours, most works will be completed after hours and possibly over weekends.
  • Extensive experience in periodical cleaning & machine operation: Previous Periodical Cleaning experience; polivac, walk behind sweeper/scrubber, high pressure washing, carpet cleaning, strip & seals is essential.
  • Responsible to work unsupervised.
  • Strong work ethic with outstanding time management skills.
  • High standard of work, cleanliness and attention to detail.
  • Understanding of Environmental Health & Safety Management also a commitment to safe working practices.
  • EWP license preferred but not essential.
