• Pouring premium beverages, including specialty coffees and cold drinks, for dine-in and takeaway customers
• Providing attentive and personalized service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations
• Training and mentoring junior staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge
• Assisting with opening and closing duties, including inventory management and restocking supplies
• Delivering food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner
