Role Overview

As an educator in a childcare setting, you will be part of a dynamic team that fosters growth and learning in children from 6.30 am to 6.30 pm.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, building meaningful relationships with families and the local community while empowering children as independent learners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality care and education to children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and promote curiosity, resilience, and self-awareness.
  • Communicate effectively with families, keeping them informed about their child's progress and well-being.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment, adhering to relevant policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to a positive team culture, supporting colleagues and participating in professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
  • A current Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain one.
  • Australian Working Rights.
  • Excellent personal presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and build relationships with families and the local community.
  • Flexibility to work across various shift patterns, including Monday to Friday.
