Mater Private Hospital Mackay requires experienced Registered Nurses to join our team in a range of wards, including Surgical, Medical, Emergency Care, Oncology/Palliative Care, High Dependency Unit, and Paediatrics. These positions can be offered as permanent full-time or part-time or casual.

What You'll Be Doing
The Registered Nurse is responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient management of care within the scope of practice and professional guidelines. This includes legislation, regulations, standards, codes, qualifications, registration, and clinical competencies.
As a Registered Nurse, you will provide evidence-based and contemporary patient-centered clinical care in collaboration with other healthcare team members. Your care delivery will extend to patient advocacy, considering patients' physical, emotional, and spiritual needs to achieve optimal clinical outcomes.
Requirements
- Current AHPRA registration as a Division 1 (Registered Nurse) with no practice restrictions
- Digital and computer proficiency, extending to Microsoft 365 applications
- Complete vaccination against COVID-19 and the ability to provide appropriate evidence as prescribed by Services Australia
- Minimum of one year of postgraduate experience
- Australian Citizenship, permanent residency, or a current work Visa with no restrictions
