Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Head Concierge to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our Concierge services, delivering exceptional service to tenants and visitors, and contributing to the overall success of our workplace.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To provide proactive and warm welcomes to tenants and visitors
  • To serve as a key source of knowledge about the asset and local precinct
  • To work from the lobby area, engaging with tenants, retailers, and visitors as needed
  • To represent our brand and client's brand in all interactions
  • To identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and implement best practices

Requirements:

  • A strong background in customer service, hospitality, or hotels
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role
  • A passion for people and delivering premium service
