Pyramid Global Technologies is seeking an experienced Plant Maintenance Specialist to join our team. This role involves working with maintenance master data management, coordinating with remote teams, and developing key performance indicators (KPIs).
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a high level of quality control and delivery in their work. They will also assist the Maintenance Excellence team with SAP data extractions, running reports, and user testing. Additionally, they will coordinate with site teams, including Maintenance Planning, Reliability Engineering, Project, Operations, and HSE.
Responsibilities:
- Be a focal point between Customer and other remote located teams, coordinating with remotely situated teams for delivery and quality control.
- Assist Maint. Excellence team with SAP data extractions, running reports, and User testings. Also, assist team with Maint. Data Extracts and develop templates to aid automation (SAP ready templates).
- Mentor and clarify change requests received from business.
- Coordinate with Site and work with Maintenance Planning/Reliabiltiy Engg/Project/Ops/HSEF.
- Develop KPI and reports for Sr. Management Projects.
- Carry out allied projects concerning Data Improvements and Data Migrations associated/owned by CMMS teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
We are looking for an individual with strong knowledge of SAP PM module, technical and functional. A thorough understanding of engineering documents (P&ID, Work Instructions, Data sheets) and operations of O&G operator is also required. Experience in Oil & Gas domain for Upstream/Midstream or Refinery Plant Maintenance is highly desirable.
Good-to-Have Skills:
- Experience in Maintenance & Operations.
- Reliability trained or experienced.
- Understanding of SAP based developments (CDS views, Query).
- Knowledge of Automated tools (LSMW or other tools).
