Senior Project Manager - Construction Specialist

The role involves overseeing and managing the engineering aspects of a large-scale project, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and conditions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage engineering aspects of the project, including establishing and implementing documentation control systems
  • Assist in preparing and evaluating contractual claims and variations
  • Generate regular reports on project financials, highlighting key milestones and achievements
  • Foster effective communication and collaboration with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure seamless project delivery
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Senior Project Engineer on projects ranging between $30 million and $100 million
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in project engineering within the construction industry, with a focus on team leadership and project management
