Early Childhood Leader Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Early Childhood Leader to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to lead a group of educators in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Diploma in Children's Services or equivalent qualification.
  • Sound knowledge of the National Quality Framework and the Early Years Learning Framework.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to motivate and support a team of educators.
