Job Overview:

This role involves processing Bank Guarantee products within a dynamic team responsible for transactional banking operations.

As a key support member to the Bank Guarantee Operations Head, you will be responsible for preparing, issuing, maintaining and cancelling standard, non-standard and counter Bank Guarantees and associated fees.

You will perform controls to ensure guarantees are issued in accordance with internal group policy, guarantees checklists, local branch SOP, credit risk authorisations, special requirements and agreed customer conditions.

Apart from that, you will also ensure accurate and timely Bank Guarantee fee invoicing and collections, as well as adhere to critical checklists.

Inputting data for issuances, amendments and cancellations in the bank's guarantee core system is another important task. Additionally, providing mentorship and guidance to junior team members is also part of your responsibilities.

It is crucial to build and maintain good working relations and open communication lines with both internal and external stakeholders. Providing exceptional customer service and professionalism is also an essential requirement.
