Business Travel Consultant Opportunity

Gray Dawes Travel, a multi-award-winning global travel management company, is seeking an experienced Business Travel Consultant to join our Sydney-based team.

We're looking for a motivated and passionate individual with previous experience in business travel, ideally with experience using Travelport. You'll have excellent telephone manner, verbal reasoning skills, and attention to detail.

As a Business Travel Consultant, you'll provide high levels of customer service, handle enquiries and reservations, and build traveller profiles to meet their needs. You'll also carry out research for clients, process E tickets and travel documentation, and offer advice on available options.

We offer a competitive salary, uncapped incentive scheme, and a relaxed, informal working environment. You'll have opportunities for progression and be part of our journey as we expand in the global market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and handle enquiries and reservations
  • Build traveller profiles and meet their needs
