As a liaison between our organisation and clients, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless communication and resolving any issues that may arise.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within a call centre environment or an office with high volume phone calls, demonstrating their ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining excellent communication skills.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service, with the ability to empathise and communicate clearly over the phone
  • Advanced IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to work across multiple platforms
  • Experience working with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure high-quality client outcomes
