Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Identity Access Design professional to lead our Centre of Excellence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology leadership and identity access management, with experience in defining role frameworks and driving a simplified role estate.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing necessary checks and balances as access is made requestable, and driving data-driven insights to reduce stale or redundant access/roles. They will also aid in defining and challenging proposed policies specifically related to Segregation of Duties/Toxic access combinations, and address legacy policies that exist across one or more platforms.

In addition, the candidate will deliver actionable insights related to outlier access, overlapping access, and predictive analytics, and highlight and address data inconsistencies related to requestable or birthright/pre-approved access.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Define Role Frameworks: Develop and implement role frameworks for adoption/enforcement across applicable strategic Identity platforms.
  2. Data-Driven Insights: Drive a simplified role estate using data-driven insights to reduce stale or redundant access/roles.
  3. Predictive Analytics: Deliver actionable insights related to outlier access, overlapping access, and predictive analytics.
  4. Segregation of Duties: Aid in defining and challenging proposed policies specifically related to Segregation of Duties/Toxic access combinations.
Requirements:
  • Technical Leadership: Demonstrate technical and people leadership skills having managed large workforces.
  • Identity Management: Have strong Identity and Access Management Experience, including typical lifecycle processes and key technologies.
  • Access Models: Have strong knowledge of access models, fine and coarse grain entitlement relationships, etc.
  • Communication Skills: Have very strong written and communication skills.
