About the Role
We are seeking experienced Fence and Gate Installers and Trades Assistants to join our Fence, Gate, and Garage Door Installation teams. If you have a background in metal, mechanical, handyperson, or landscaping trades, or if you're looking to transition into a new career, we encourage you to apply. Our company is committed to providing training and opportunities for growth and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend multiple client sites per day to undertake installations, repairs, and maintenance.
- Engage with customers to communicate the process and provide excellent customer service.
- Use power tools to complete work efficiently and effectively.
- Build strong relationships with customers to ensure future business and referrals.
- Provide a high-quality service, including general clean-up, to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements and Skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Previous experience in a similar role or relevant background in metal trades, handyperson, landscaping, and/or building/labouring.
- Excellent presentation skills (uniform will be provided).
- Ability to work outdoors and enjoy the physical demands of the role.
- Proactive and solutions-focused approach to work.
