Operations Manager Job

We are seeking a dedicated leader to oversee the management and maintenance of our weighbridges, ensuring peak performance and prompt issue resolution.

This role involves:

  • Leading a team of operators and support staff in achieving set goals and objectives
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive business growth
  • Investigating and resolving escalations and issues efficiently
  • Implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
  • Preparing comprehensive reports and data analysis

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of supervisor/leadership experience in waste, recycling or manufacturing
  • Proven track record of people management and KPI target management
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Advanced Excel, Word, and IT skills
