The Cash Flow Specialist plays a key role in ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer payments and collections to maintain healthy cash flow.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Monitor customer accounts for overdue payments and proactively follow up to ensure timely collection.
  2. Investigate and resolve customer queries or discrepancies related to invoices or payments.
  3. Prepare regular AR aging reports and assist with cash flow forecasting.
  4. Meet with the Sales team to review and resolve overdue debtor accounts.
  5. Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
  6. Assist with month-end closing activities, audits, and other ad hoc finance tasks as required.
About You
  • Proven experience in an accounts receivable or similar accounting role.
  • Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and AR procedures.
  • Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
  • Team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
