Customer Service Representative
The role of a customer service representative is crucial in ensuring that customers receive the best possible experience when interacting with our store. As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for providing accurate and friendly customer service, resolving customer concerns promptly, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly and assisting them with their queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Address customer complaints and resolve issues to their satisfaction while maintaining a positive attitude and composure.
- Coordinate daily store cash and accounting functions according to company guidelines and procedures.
- Maintain knowledge of front-end operations and stay up-to-date on changes in policies and procedures to support department service levels and accountability proactively.
- Manage ACM lanes according to company standards and policies, ensuring each self-checkout lane is properly opened and reports are printed.
- Troubleshoot problems with front-end equipment through self-help icons on computer desktops or contacting the retail service help desk as needed.
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- High school diploma or equivalency.
- Able to read, write, and speak English proficiently.
- Able to understand and follow English instructions.
- Authorized to work in the United States or able to obtain authorization.
- Successful completion of pre-employment drug testing and background check.
