Software Engineering Lead

A senior-level position responsible for overseeing the development of high-quality software applications.

  • Develop and maintain architecture documents, including blueprints and integration diagrams.
  • Create and manage UML diagrams using tools like Draw.io, Visio.
  • Ensure adherence to enterprise architecture standards, best practices, and industry regulations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Analyze and understand system architecture to identify improvement areas and integration points.
  • Guide teams in implementing microservices-based architectures using Java, Spring Boot, and related frameworks.
  • Define and enforce design patterns, coding standards, and architecture governance.
  • Participate in architecture reviews, technical assessments, and solution validation.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java programming and object-oriented design. They should be proficient in relational databases, cloud platforms, and API security best practices.

Additionally, the successful candidate will possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a regulated environment. Experience with CI/CD pipelines, GitHub, and code quality analysis is highly desirable.
