About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join a respected and collaborative team of professionals in a dynamic and supportive environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing insolvency engagements, including VA's, CVL's, and Court Liqs, with a focus on delivering exceptional results and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of insolvency engagements, ensuring timely and effective delivery of services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, law firms, and accountants to grow the business and identify new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve business goals and objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure compliance and excellence in service delivery.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • At least 4 years of experience in insolvency, preferably in an Australian practice.
  • Strong knowledge of insolvency laws and regulations, as well as industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results and meeting deadlines.
